Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your email box accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just choose the email mailbox you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
